While the prayers of the laity have availed much (and much more than we'll know in this life), we need those who are endued with graces proper to the Sacrament of Holy Orders, whose prayers do have sacerdotal effects. The priests in the video were using the Church prayers as found in Father Thomas Euteneuer's book, Exorcism and the Church Militant. See below. (Click here if you cannot see embedded video).
